Ground Breaking Ceremony July 28, 2011
On July 28, 2011 IPADS Developers Inc. held its formal Ground Breaking Ceremony for DIAN PLACE MAKATI as attended by HLURB officials, Palanan's Brgy. Captain Nonoy Cruz and an officer from the Makati Fire Department.
IPADS Developer Inc's Chairman Mr. Robert Cokeng, President Mr. Roland Young and Vice-President Mr. Rafael Yaptinchay were all present.
Arch Carmelo Casas of CASAS + Architects, Engr. George Cham and Engr. Kenneth Cham of Aztec Construction, Engr. Jose Sy of Sy^2 Structural Engineers, and Mr. JunJun Abcede of DA Abcede Project Management joined the IPADS Developers Inc's core team in the laying of capsules.
CRB Emi Pulid, CEO of Praise Realty Mktg. Corp. was the event's master of ceremony. Goldeast Realty's CEO CRB Ave Acuna was also present. Both of them were joined by their respective companies' managibg brokers, agents and staff.
